LADCARB TFP CARBON PLATE
New design of carbon walk/drive-on plates for LADCARB ladders and bridges.
Designed to replace heavier aluminium model, these new walk-on plates are made of extremely strong and lightweight carbon composite mesh made by state-of-the-art TFP (tailored fibre placement) technology.
Instead of cutting the shape from prepreg composite sheets, this mesh is made of single endless rowing allowing to utilize extreme tensile strength of carbon fibres.
The mesh supported by ladder rails and rungs creates a light and strong platform which can withstand a dynamic load caused by a marching fully equipped soldier.
Thanks to these plates, our LADCARB ladders can be used as safe footbridges for crossing dry and wet gaps during special military and rescue operations.
If adapted to slightly thicker rails of the LADCARB ATV bridge, these plates can significantly improve performance characteristics of the bridge.
LADCARB EAGLE CLAW HOOK
Ultra-compact “EAGLE CLAW” tactical hook
Our prototype of small revolving hook is designed mainly for urban operations. Derived form professional ice-axe shape, the hook blade with sharp teeth made of high strength steel makes the hook a perfact tool for anchoring the ladder on flat roof or winodow ledges, balcony railings, high wall fences etc.
Hooks can be attached to ladder rails at safe „standby“ position during transportation and easily placed to working position at the place of action without loosing precious time to remove it from a backpack.

Thanks to a continual development of advanced carbon composite solutions carried out by our partner CompoTech Plus we have a chance to introduce our new revolutionary design of carbon sectional ladder.
While the basic ladder design using 2 different section lengths (2 and 3 rungs) and connecting system are derived from our LADCARB FIX-LITE SECLAD sectional ladder, the system of fixing ladder rungs is brand new.
This solution called Integrated Loop Technology allows fixing of rungs to stiles from outside without interrupting axial fibres. This method significantly increases ladder strength and reduces its weight.
Compact width of ladder sections provides for easy carrying and manipulation especially in confined spaces.

As a next step after introducing our successful CARBON POLE LADDER with symmetric rung design, we decided to enrich our product portfolio in this segment for an alternated-rung version.
Thanks to two different section lengths, this product offers excellent operational versatility.
While the longer 1.6 m sections are frequently used in maritime VBSS operations, shorter sections (1.0) m are a perfect tool for urban operations like climbing loggias and balconies, reaching flat roofs etc.
TO IMPROVE OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE OF OUR LADDERS, WE CONTINUE EXTENSIVE TESTING OF CUSTOMIZED COATINGS FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF TACTICAL OPERATIONS. THIS INCLUDES NOT ONLY DIFFERENT COLORS ADAPTED TO THE AMBIENT ENVIRONMENT BUT ALSO SPECIAL CAMOUFLAGE PATTERNS AND THERMAL/IR SIGNATURE REDUCING MATERIALS.

As a result of our close cooperation with users of our tactical ladders we are working on a set of multi-purpose hinges for turning a standard ladder into a double-sided ladder or an elevated platform. This option will significantly increase the range of tactical tasks that can be done with just one ladder set.
